Concepts are formed in the mind as; mental ex-pression, abstract or general idea inferred or derived from specific instances. Visualised as an image (Light interference) or sound. These may be triggered either from internal or external energies, spontaneous or deliberately due to ones own will. These are always influenced by the individuals own development mentally, and accumulated memory. Depending on the difference in strength of the individual energy and external energy the change in the pattern will take place.

The quality of these energies with respect to physical senses are brightness, uniformity in intensity, softness & coarseness sharpness & diffused and loudness, purity of color for light energy, uniformity in intensity, softness & coarseness, sharpness & diffused, purity of frequency for sound energies. In the mental plane these are clarity, continuity and in the spiritual plane their ability to transform themselves to feelings or from feelings to thoughts and images.

All energies initially interact with memory to recognize definite patterns and forms by comparing. Thus there are two images one from outside and the other formed from memory. If they are recognized then both will vibrate at their natural frequencies, this triggers the neuro-muscular activity to make the glands start to secrete chemicals (these are stored at specific locations in the body called glands). The chemical reactions create joy (Relief from pain) or sorrow (cause pain) and all different degrees of emotions due to expansion heating (exothermic), or contraction cooling (endothermic), these in turn cause feelings and thoughts (stored in the memory) that are conveyed to others by words and action. This is the same thing that happens when the reverse when triggered from action or words to light or sound via feelings.

This energy when radiates out from us or is absorbed into us creates all the duality as opposites. THIS IS THE REASON THAT ALL DUALITY APPEARS ONLY AFTER WE START TO THINK OF IT. And is not evident when they exist in the vicinity. This confirms that all duality and different observable traits  and distinguishing feature characteristic of things are not present in them but in our mind. These are also influenced by the ten directions of the space around us to change their characteristics due to interacting with all the other energies within it. The forms or shapes are more clear and pure depending on the amount of resonance it creates or is allowed to create when formed with in the confines of the individuals mind. Correlating with the memory describes them with specific words, impregnating these with meaning and makes it intelligent.

In the other way around all the duality is negated and reduced to one sound or light or feelings after they are absorbed by the senses, we contemplate on these with our own understanding, use the help of our learned seers and form a concrete idea, or visual image we may modify our own understanding due to this direct revelation. There is a sense of joy and happiness when this is achieved, this can induce a sense of pride of becoming one with the knowledge. THIS IS THE REASON THAT MOST OF THE SECRETS ARE LEFT TO BE EXPERIENCED BY THE ASPIRANT RATHER THAN BEING REVEALED TO THEM. THIS CAN BE COMPARED TO ALL THE JOY THAT IS EXPERIENCED IN EVERY ACT OF OUR DAILY LIFE. This is accompanied by trying to spread this to everyone, when all arguments are satisfied to and against the issue it gets established as a new concept available for all to either accept or reject. The length of time and the numbers of persons accepting this information make it valuable.

Radiating out also means expanding the topic from one’s own understanding always using one’s own memory by correlation. All the similar and non similar (duality) of things are sorted out and methodical understanding is arrived at. On the other hand absorbing also means that we use the understanding of others to do the same; most often we either change our view of things or reject the new information. THIS IS A PROCESS OF PURIFICATION, When we continuously do so as we grow we tend to perfect the understanding. THIS IS THE PROCESS OF PERFECTION. As we find that this information is valid in most cases and not valid in many others we remember to use it judiciously. THIS IS THE PROCESS OF MATURITY.  

Thus why purify? TO OVER COME THE RESTRAINS OF SAMSARA (Manifested universe) caused by ignorance of accepting everything at face value.

How to purify ? SELECT A SPIRITUAL PATH.

Result of purification? HEALTH , WISDOM, AND PEACE.

Why seek perfection? Because all the things in this and the absolute universe are perfect, this to become one with them we require to be perfect.

How to become perfect? MEDITATE IN REPEATED CYCLES TO FORM PERFECT Habits.

Result of perfection?   BECOME SIMILAR WITH EVERYTHING IN THE UNIVERSE

Why seek maturity? TO BE ABLE TO PERCEIVE, CONCLUDE AND JUDGE CORRECTLY.

How become mature ? UNDERSTAND OUR MIND AND GO BEYOND DUALITY.

Result of maturity? ULTIMATE UNION WITH THE ULTIMATE REALITY.

The entire process is a art of meditation that actually starts with concentration (effortless focus on one subject /object culminating in perfect joy of becoming one with the thought as knowledge. Practicing this continuously in our daily life we accumulate wisdom becoming mature to judge everything in a better perspective  similar to all the wise called “JANIES” (wise persons of knowledge). As we understand the process of purification we will master the “path of Janna WISDOM” this opens up the aspirant to the “path of love and surrender” “BHAKTHI” and ultimately lead one to unselfish work towards the humanity as “path of KARMA”.   

Abstract thought are selected for meditation, based on this mechanisium of the mind. The most important point in selecting the point of concentration is the quality. This is defined as the purity and isolation respect to all other characteristics in the manifested world. Thus single syllable sound or pure light of monochromatic characteristics is found best as an aid to develop single pointed state of concentration. This allows very high expansion of thought that can penetrate most of the layers of our memory and purify imagination.

Sound and light have engraved qualities of spirituality like uniformity, repeated cyclic motion, or behavior & Powerful magnetic force of hold on to ones thoughts for long periods of time without changing or disturb one due to other energies in the subtle region of thought. These also can be easily merged with the essence of energy in the void as love and compassion, thus as we transcend beyond mind into the pure consciousness of cosmic knowledge of clear undifferentiated light and continuous pitch of sound called nada (continuous SINGLE FREQUENCY tune ).
