Compassion is one of the foundations of love.

Humane quality of understanding others and wanting to do something about it is COMPASSION. Fundamental reason, from which a flow of energy is begun inside our brain, is from our basic nature (love). This can also be due to the feeling of oneness of all, deep inside in the spiritual level that makes us feel that the entire self should enjoy the same benefits as we are experiencing individually, this is due to same god’s consciousness in all the different consciousness that we see the one ness in this universe. COMPASSION IS Emptiness the void, null, shoonya. Emptiness is not darkness, it is neither vacuum, and in a sense, it may be correlated to feeling of seclusion of really being the whole! Or being lonely. Or the feeling developed due to loss of separation from the whole, as individual consciousness. This link was lost as soon as we started identifying with the sense organs or development of ego (I-ness). COMPASSION IS THE CONNECTION THAT WE NEED TO RE-REMEMBER, DO THIS BY UNDERSTANDING OUR MIND, START WITH ACQUIRING KNOWLEDGE accumulation or absorbing (Understanding), THEN DEVELOP FAITH AND LOVE THAT MEANS DEVOTION also means perfection, NOW PERFORM UNATTACHED WORK TOWARDS THE SOCIETY (Projection) also means maturity, THIS IS THE ONLY PATH! Compassion can be expressed as anyone of these: -Showing merciful behavior, sympathy or pity, understanding, concern of some kind or any kind, consideration based on our style of life, or just care due to the developed relationship. Alternatively, just love. Our understanding of existing state (comparison due to the feeling of separation) with the fellow persons is the main reason this feeling develops in us. This is because, this is all what we come across in our daily life, and it is different from our own present state,

Extending this concept to all the relationships we develop in this life makes us share the bounties of this universe with all, creating harmony and love. The opposite of which is selfishness depriving others and creates a false sense of temporary superiority as we compare each other in terms of knowledge, wealth and material possessions. This also makes the rich richer due to accumulation (hoarding) things more than they actually require. This widens the gap between the rich and poor (differentiation created to experience superiority). On the other side of the scale, in order to balance the universal energy it automatically creates scarcity poverty and suffering. Thus, we create the present situation existing in the world. “THAT MEANS WE COMPARE OURSELVES WITH THE OTHERS.” If we look closely at our own life or anything in this universe, as it was in the past or present we will become aware that invariably we do this in all our interactions and are one of the root causes for all the happenings in our life, be it happiness or sorrow. THIS CONFIRMS THAT ONE OF THE RESONS WE CREATE AND EXPERIENCE THE SAME IS DUE TO COMPARISON TO EXPERIENCE SUPERIORITY.

Basically we CANNOT COMPARE EACH OTHER in all the levels and characteristics, many, or most of characteristics may be similar, but even if only one is different then there will be differences between us most of the time it will be as if comparing an apple with an orange, even though there are similarities in different aspects. “Developing a state of detachment in our interactions is a way to do away with this.” Let us see this in the three states of existences physical, mental, and spiritual.

In the PHYSICAL plane we compare ourselves with others on such matters of WEALTH, FAME & NAME, HEALTH, KNOWLEDGE, ETC. this develops envy towards those who are better off than us, and compassion over others that have less or experience pride if we are arrogant.

In the MENTAL plane we compare our development of the MENTAL CAPABILITIES. Like power of understanding, memory recalling power, power to sustain emotions, etc.  

In the SPIRITUAL PLANE there is NO POINT OF COMPARING as everything is the same as pure energy.

Extending the concept of compassion further into the universe we envelop the un-manifested to become one with the complete universal reality, this is when we experience the consciousness of all the brethren souls. This can be compared with the conscious we experience of all the different parts in our human body in the physical / mental and spiritual levels. Every cell and atom of our body has its own consciousness; all these are connected to the brain via nervous system to form the mind and consciousness. 

Not understanding our own mind and consciousness is what makes us differentiate with all that we interact. The bases of our mind is universal compassion pure love uncorrupted, it is due to this feeling that it can envelope the entire reality using our imagination and feel one with everything.

All human beings are uniquely similar because their consciousness was designed or formed in such a way that a particular experience is to be experienced, this is in order that god may experience himself or know him/her self as a whole. This also creates the variety of life and all the different states observed in the universe, as we perceive them with our intelligence and understanding, which we have developed in this life.

Let us see or try to reason how this quality of compassion developed. Say once upon a time we were all enlightened souls. Enjoying the bounties of this universe equally knowing that everything here was adequate for all, thus there was no need for saving and hoarding, we never thought that these things were going to be exhausted. Thus until then the compassion could not have developed as a separate thing it would be there as an inbuilt quality in all as disparity amongst us was not there, so it would not be exhibited.

Then we took the human birth here on earth, due to other cycles super imposed by nature of earth, there was sufficient of some things, limited to the season. In the next season there was a scarcity of those things that we became accustomed to, thus we started to store the things in that season to utilize it when there was scarcity, we developed many process to do this. We did this exceeding the limits, even to the extent were some of us were deprived.  This is the beginning of our downfall as we stopped sharing all the bounties with all; we stopped the natural cycle of recycling nature’s products. This made the differentiation amongst us as rich and poor. This differentiation was not limited to the bounties only they extended right up to every possible thing imaginable. The rich become stronger and stronger; wise became wiser and wiser, forcing their desires on the others who were deprived (poor or less developed).

When death came this level of differentiation transcended into the spiritual realm creating levels of development. All the higher level spirits have compassion for those at the level below them. And lower level spirits have an envy towards the upper level.

The solution to this is to remove the differentiation in all levels, stop wanting progressively more, more than that is required for survival. Share the rest without thinking that they don’t deserve it. Or they will not work for it. Alternatively use only that which is necessary for our survival. 

Aspirants are inducted into the spiritual path at a very young age when their mind are still empty, full of compassion, not connected to their entire memory (that is not filled with the materialistic and unsatisfied desires of previous life’s). It becomes easy to inculcate a particular way of live free from the modern distractions and provide a chance to be free of attachments other than the relationship with the teacher.

CHILDREN IMITATE THEIR ELDERS, THEY OBSERVE THEM AND ENACT WHAT THEY SEE & HEAR. Thus the elders need to understand their responsibility in developing a society that can live in harmony with nature enabling them to become enlightened at a very young age to establish the link that we have lost with the universal reality. WE ARE THE ONLY ONES RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WAY OF LIFE EXISTING IN THE WORLD TODAY ATTACHED TO THE MATERIALISTIC things.

The summit of the present way of life has reached and the process of degradation has begun some years, back changing the thinking of people towards spiritual understanding as knowledge of material bliss is no longer satisfying the desire of joy, that is really craving of the soul for oneness of the entire supreme reality.
